All financial payback metrics, annual cost savings, heat pump SCOP figures, solar panel yields, and government subsidy calculations provided by EcoEnergy ROI™ are estimates generated for informational and educational purposes only. Actual energy performance depends on individual building insulation quality, local weather anomalies, installer quotes, and specific grid tariff adjustments.

All software code, custom SVG charting engines, UI visual elements, calculation algorithms, and branded content on EcoEnergy ROI™ are the intellectual property of EcoEnergy ROI™. Unauthorized scraping or cloning for commercial distribution without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

In no event shall EcoEnergy ROI™ or its owners be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the reliance on estimated savings or installer services featured on the platform.
